Tom Associates Training, a leading training and capacity development company in Nigeria celebrated its thirty years anniversary with a quiet but beautiful in-house ceremony at the company’s state of the art training facility in Anthony Village, Lagos Nigeria The ceremony, which took place on March 31, 2022, was attended by the company’s chairman/founder, management and staff, their training facilitators, and a few invited guests. Of course, Nigerian Seminars and Trainings was not left out as we were there to join in the celebration. Every speaker at the occasion paid glowing tributes to the leadership qualities, tenaciousness, and attention to detail of the Chairman/Founder of the company, Mr. Abiodun Toki; qualities, they believe, enabled him to bring the company to where it is today. Under Mr. Toki’s leadership, for more than ten years now, Tom Associates Training has remained one of the most prominent, consistent, and supportive training firms on Nigerian Seminars and Trainings website. Tom Associates at 30 - Cross sections of guests at the occasion In his speech, the company’s chairman/founder, Mr. Abiodun Toki expressed his appreciation to the staff, the management, the facilitators and every strategic partner for their help and support in the last thirty years in making the company what it has become today – a leading training and capacity building company in Nigeria. He then went on to introduce a new management team led by Mr. Temitope Jegede in the capacity of Managing Director/CEO, to drive the company through the next 30 years. The New Managing Director/CEO of Tom Associates Training Mr Temitope Jegede Mr. Temitope Jegede is the new Managing Director/CEO of Tom Associates Training – an innovative training and capacity building company, with a vision of developing future leaders. He has over eighteen years' experience in administration, human resources, sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. He has a master’s degree in international law and diplomacy from the university of Lagos and holds a postgraduate diploma in manpower economics from the university of Lagos. He also has a postgraduate degree in transformation leadership from the institute of national transformation. He is an alumnus of the Executive Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at the Lagos Business School (AACSB accredited), Pan African University, where he majored in business strategy, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Temitope is an associate of Masters in Business Administration (AMBA) and business graduates association (United Kingdom). A lifetime member of BETA GAMMA SIGMA, USA (BGS). BGS recognizes and honors the top 20% of MBAs around the world in business schools accredited by the association to advance collegiate schools of business (AACSB) including Harvard Business School. He is a Bloomberg certified market analyst: Bloomberg market concept (BMC) Mr. Temitope Jegede will be leading a management team made up of young men and women with proven track records in their various fields to strategically reposition Tom Associates Training to continuously meet the evolving training needs of management professionals in the public and private sectors in Nigeria and beyond. |
